Application
Complete and submit the application form with required documents via the WCED Admissions portal.
Assessment
Done only for Gr 2–7 applications from foreign or Hifth learners.
Acceptance
Receive confirmation and complete enrolment formalities.

- Completed application form printed from WCED Admissions portal
- Birth certificate / passport (certified copy)
- Proof of residence
- Previous school report (if applicable)
- Immunisation records
- Parent/Guardian ID / passport (certified copy)
Fee Information
Annual Tuition (2026)
R 7 000.00
Fee details are provided upon enquiry. Parents who wish to be exempted from payment of school fees for each individual learner at Habibia Primary School must apply in writing to the SGB Chairperson on the relevant form, which can be obtained at the Bursar's office during school hours.
Parents are liable for the full payment of fees if school fee exemption / concession applications aren't made, and those with overdue fees will be handed over for legal action.
Apply Online
All Grade 1 applications must be submitted through the official Western Cape Education Department (WCED) Admissions Portal. Once submitted, please print your completed application form and deliver it to the school along with the required documents listed above.
For Grade 2–7 enquiries, foreign learner enrolments, or Hifth learner placements, please contact the school directly at admissions@habibiaprimary.com.
